‘Mortal Kombat X’: Video Tutorial Shows Defensive Techniques; 'Kombat Pack 2' New DLC Characters Revealed!

NetherRealm Studios' "Mortal Kombat X" video game tutorial was recently released in the market by Shoryuken. The series of the tutorial videos will teach the basics to the newbies of the game and it will also help the players get the techniques and unlock some features to see a sneak peek of upcoming episodes.

According to Shoryuken, the first video tutorial shows the structure of the game. Carl White shows about the frame advantage and the decision making of both the aggressor and the defender, it also packs defensive techniques. Shoryuken also noted that these basic styles can still be applied to other characters that may be shown on the video game.

"Mortal Kombat X" video game lovers are excited to know if the studio will release new series of  characters downloadable content (DLC) packs.  The latest DLC character that was added and released on July for "Mortal Kombat X" was Tremor.

Reports said that there is another DLC series coming for "Mortal Kombat X." This rumor even excites the fans by the recent twitter post of a long time "Mortal Kombat X" history spoiler of DLC releases, Ed Boon, Vine Report.

There were also hints of possible Spawn DLC since the company already received a permission from Todd McFarlane. NetherRealm and Warner Bros. may use McFarlane's iconic book character in a "Mortal Kombat X" DLC collection.

Rumors also revealed that "Kombat Pack 2" may release four new playable DLCs in the future. This may include Baraka, Rain, Sindel and Meat. These four characters are non-playable in the game's story mode.

"Mortal Kombat X" has been released on April 14, 2015 for PlayStation 4, Microsoft Windows and Xbox One. It is also scheduled to be ported to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. NetherRealm's team also developed a version for Android and iOS devices.
