Spider-Man and Deadpool are two of Marvel's most popular characters with the latter about to have his first solo movie on the way. Spider-Man has been universally recognized as one of Marvel's iconic superheroes while Deadpool is on his way to becoming a household name.

The two have recently been the subject of a hilarious fan-made, dance-off video directed and edited by D-Piddy. The filmmaker is also featured in the video as Deadpool while Spider-Man is played by Derrick.

The video also stars Bryan Wilson and Savage Gunderson as ordinary rooftop civilians privileged to be the audience for the dance-off between the Wall-crawler and the Merc with a Mouth. The winner of the dance-off? That's up to the viewer.

Spidey and the Merc with a Mouth are also about to have their own team-up comic book titled simply as "Spider-Man/Deadpool" which was announced by Marvel last July. Needless to say, with Deadpool around, Spider-Man better be ready for a headache-filled series. The first issue is set to debut this fall.

Deadpool's movie will be coming out Feb. 12, 2016 and Spider-Man's still untitled movie will be released on July 28, 2017.

Here's the synopsis for the "Deadpool" movie.

Based upon Marvel Comics' most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

"Deadpool" is directed by Tim Miller and stars Ryan Reynolds as the titular character.
