Actress Cara Delevingne maybe saying goodbye to the runway, but that doesn't mean she will stop being the face of signature brands such as this Yves Saint Laurent ad.

The former model said the she won't be doing fashion work anymore. When asked why, she said that it made her feel hollow.

"I am not doing fashion work anymore, after having, like, psoriasis and all that stuff. Modelling just made me feel a bit hollow after a while. It didn't make me grow at all as a human being. And I kind of forgot how young I was ... I felt so old," stated the 23-year-old actress in an interview with the British magazine, The Times.

Delevingne made headlines in fashion in 2011 when she landed on a Burberry campaign with actor Eddie Redmayne. Since then, there was no stopping the girl known for her fabulous eyebrows.

The "Suicide Squad" actress is the face of YSL's new ad for their campaign "Rouge Pur Couture" or "The Rouge That Dresses Me. The clip shows Delevingne looking fierce in a suit before grabbing her YSL rouge lippy. As she applies it slowly, she is getting stripped of her clothing piece by piece until the only thing she's wearing is her bold rouge lipstick and black heels.

At the peak of Delevingne's fashion career she was walking in as many as 53 runway shows per Fashion Week, leaving the actress trapped in depression.

"It wasn't a good time, I was, like, fight and flight for months. Just constantly on edge. It is a mental thing as well because if you hate yourself and your body and the way you look, it just gets worse and worse," she said.

Now that she's free from her modeling responsibilities, Delevingne can focus on being an actress. The star has three upcoming movies "Suicide Squad," "Tulip Fever," and "London Fields."
