"I hope to keep getting better, that's the mission, and I'll never be satisfied with where I'm at," Curry, who shot 10 for 16 from the field and made 4 of 9 from the three-point range, said. "I always want to find different ways to improve. I guess I'm officially in my prime, but we'll see how far this thing can go."

Starters Klay Thompson and Draymond Green added 18 points and 14 points, respectively, with Green grabbing 12 rebounds for another double-double performance. The starting forward also had three blocked shots in 31:18 minutes of playing time.

With the win, the Warriors became the fastest team in the league to reach 60 wins in 66 games played. They are on track to match or beat the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls 72 wins record with 16 games remaining on the Golden State's schedule for the remainder of the regular season.

"It's so rare in the NBA, in your first coaching job, to inherit a great team. They had already won 50-plus before I even got here," Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said. "I'm pretty lucky to coach these guys."

The Warriors ended the second quarter leading 59-50e. They continue to dominate the match in the third period with a 35-19 to establish a 25-point lead 94-69 going in to the final twelve minutes of the game.

In the fourth quarter, the Pelicans were limited to 38 points, while Golden States scored 31 points to seal the victory.

Anthony Davis and Toney Douglas added 22 points each for the Pelicans.
