Caught Offside reported that "amidst increasing speculation" that the 32-year-old Ivory Coast international is set to leave City in the summer, "a multitude of high-profile clubs have emerged as possible transfer targets", namely Ligue 1 champs PSG, Italian Serie A winners Juve, and German Bundesliga titleholders Der FCB.

Touré, who has been a veteran of many Champions League wars, including lifting the trophy in 2008-2009 with FC Barcelona, will surely be an attractive addition to prestigious clubs that are regularly contending in Europe's premier club continental competitions.

The 6-foot-2 Bouaké, Ivory Coast native has one goal and two assists in eight appearances for City in the UEFA Champions League so far this season. The Citizens are competing in the semifinals of the said tournament against PSG starting next week and it is highly likely that Touré will again be included in the starting lineup of Manuel Pellegrini's side.

The Sun noted that Touré's agent, Dimitri Seluk, has already "opened talks with a string of European big-hitters", which are the ones mentioned above.

Seluk reportedly gave the Citizens up to March 27th to finalize a three-year extension for his client, whose £220,000-per-week deal will expire next summer.

But with City not giving in to the demands of Touré's camp and their imposed deadline already passed, Seluk disclosed that they are now beginning to talk with other clubs interested in the Ivorian's services.

"City don't do anything concrete. Yaya has given everything for the club and we don't feel that this situation is the right way to show how much they appreciate him," said Seluk.
