"The Vampire Diaries" and "The Originals" co-creator Julie Plec has just produced another bloody-themed TV series, titled "Containment," for CW network. "Containment" explores and focuses on an epidemic outbreak swamps the entire city of Atlanta, wherein residents will find ways to escape out to find cure.

"Containment" season 1 pilot episode already aired in April 19, and the second episode is slated to air on April 26, Tuesday. "Containment" episode 2, titled "I to Die, You to Live," is said to show the effects of the quarantine. It is said that Lex, played by David Gyasi, will try his best to keep the peace outside of the cordon; however, Lex learns that a young woman is unaccounted for. With limited resources, Lex is forced to seek help for the young woman, who had a close contact with an infected patient.

Lex will ask help from Jake, played by Chris Wood; however, it is not yet known if Jake will help Lex, as the former resents the latter, and Jake's bitterness towards Lex is only getting worse.

Meanwhile, Teresa, played by Hanna Mangan Lawrence, will find out that her friends were contaminated with the virus, while Katie, played by Kristen Gutoskie, will try to be strong for the students she's taking care of. On the other hand, Christine Marie Moses' character Jana will find out that Suzy, played by guest star Nadine Lewington, has been stuck inside the cordon.

Aside from these juicy details of the upcoming episode of "Containment," a promo trailer was also released for fans to enjoy. "Containment" episode 2's promo video shows more people getting infected and more people dying because of the virus.
