Fans of Xbox One who have been waiting for a games list update might have been happy to note that five more new games have just been added to the gaming consoles backwards compatibility feature.

Xbox's Larry Hryb took to Twitter to reveal on Tuesday that the additional games have just been confirmed by Microsoft, and these included the "Altered Beast," "Comix Zone and The Cave," "Double Dragon Neon" and "Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime."

While there have been no "heavy-hitting" arcade titles released in the recent weeks, according to Express UK, Xbox One gamers could be relieved by the thought that the company behind the highly-popular gaming console is keen about the inclusion of some widely-awaited games, like the several past "Call of Duty" titles in its backwards compatible games list.

The report further suggested that since COD games are usually launched in November, it is worth noting that Activision may come out with its official revelation about the details of its upcoming project "very soon."

In the meantime, Express UK disclosed that an update for "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Zombies" mode on Xbox One and PC has been updated to include game fixes and some developments from Treyarch.

However, it was pointed that for those who are playing the game outside of PS4, they may need to wait until the middle of May to finally try on the excitement brought about by the new Zombies and map madness.
