The list of Xbox One backwards compatible games is getting more updates these days. Could it mean that the "Call of Duty" titles' release date is just around the corner?

As many fans have continuously been waiting for the additional game titles that will be played via the gaming console's backwards compatibility feature, the company has been consistent in doing its commitment.

Just this week, 10 more games have been added to the already long list of Xbox One-playable Xbox 360 games in three installments.

The new titles now included in Xbox One backwards compatible games list are "Star Wars: The Force Unleashed I," "Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II, "Jet Set Radio," "MX vs. ATV Reflex," "Texas Hold 'Em," "Phantasy Star II," "Sonic & Knuckles," "DIG DUG," "Samurai Shodown II" and "Runner."

With the rate Microsoft is updating the BC list of games playable through the compatibility feature, it is now nearing the 200-mark, considering that for April and May alone, it has already released 25 titles.

In the meantime, reports claimed, particularly that of GameSpot, that "Call of Duty: Black Ops," along with "BioShock," "BioShock 2," "BioShock Infinite" and "Skate 3" are yet to be released should they be ready anytime soon.

Meanwhile, for other "Call of Duty" titles like "Call of Duty: Black Ops II," "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2," "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare," "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3" and "Call of Duty: World at War," there has been no confirmation from Microsoft yet whether or not they are including them in the Xbox One backwards compatible games list amid fans' clamor.
