Toronto Raptors will be trying to grab their first-ever ticket to the Eastern Conference Finals when they visit the Miami Heat for Game Six of their best-of-seven Second Round series on Friday at AmericanAirlines Arena.

The series stands at 3-2, and the Raptors are just a game away from closing their Eastern Semis matchup with the Heat and setting up a conference championship showdown with LeBron James' Cleveland Cavaliers.

The dynamic backcourt tandem of the Canadian-based DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry are expected to lead the Raptors to carry out their game mission of notching their very first finals appearance in the East. The two All-Stars are shooting under 40 percent from the field in this series, but they still managed to lead the team. DeRozan has scored a total of 104 points in five games they played against Miami, while Lowry has scored 93 points.

The Raptors' big guy Jonas Valanciunas was ruled out of the series due to injury, but Bismack Biyombo stepped in and produced a stellar performance for Toronto in Game Five.

"He's been tremendous," Toronto Raptors Head Coach  Dwane Casey said. "The thing with Bismack is he's accepted his role, he knows who he is, he's ready in his role. If he comes off the bench he comes off the bench. If he starts, he starts with the same energy and focus defensively, [and] he's making his free throws which is huge."

On the other hand, we cannot count the Heat out just yet.  They are 7-1 in their last eight games when facing elimination, including 2-0 this season. The Miami team has won the last two games of their First Round series with the Charlotte Hornets this season after being in a 3-2 down situation.
