Amy Schumer has hit out at body-shamers and Internet trolls who leave nasty comments on the actress/comedian's Instagram post.

The Trainwreck actress shared a photo of herself from her Hawaii vacation with beau Ben Hanisch on Instagram, showing off her beach body in a one-piece bathing suit at the beach, accompanied with a message for her haters.

"I meant to write 'good morning trolls!' " Schumer, 34, captioned the photo. "I hope you find some joy in your lives today in a human interaction and not just in writing unkind things to a stranger you've never met who triggers something in you that makes you feel powerless and alone."

"This is how I look. I feel happy. I think I look strong and healthy and also like miss trunchbull from Matilda. Kisses!" she added.

This isn't the first time Schumer has taken a stand against body-shaming. Last month, she slammed Glamour magazine for featuring her in their plus-size issue.

"I think there's nothing wrong with being plus size. Beautiful healthy women. Plus size is considered size 16 in America. I go between a size 6 and an 8. @glamourmag put me in their plus size only issue without asking or letting me know and it doesn't feel right to me," Schumer wrote on Instagram at the time, alongside a photo of the magazine cover.

"Young girls seeing my body type thinking that is plus size? What are your thoughts? Mine are not cool glamour not glamourous," she added.

Schumer later took to Twitter to emphasize that society needs to do away with "unnecessary labels which seem to be reserved for women."
