'Dancing with the Stars' Announces Celebrity Cast

Dancing with the Stars managed to successfully tease its fans with just a glimpse of the cast list for Season 19 without announcing the celebrities joining the team, of course! The show has kept fans on the very edge of their seats by waiting to release the names of the season's brand new celebrity dancers.

Fans have been excited with the announcement of the Season 19 pros -- Valentin Chmerkovskiy, Cheryl Burke, and Derek Hough. They were also able to discover the names of the much anticipated brand new dancing pros, including Karina Smirnoff, Mark Ballas, Tony Dovolani, Emma Slater, Peta Murgatroyd, and Witney Carson.

True to its word, ABC TV now has officially released the celebrity roster to the public just yesterday.

Joining the cast of celebrity participants will be Pretty Little Liars star, Janel Parrish; fashion designing icon, Betsey Johnson; Fresh Prince of Bel Air star, Alfonse Ribiero; and former Mean Girls actor, Jonathon Bennett.

They will be joined by Sadie Robertson from Duck Dynasty; Nascar racer, Michael Waltrip; Olympian, Lolo Jones; General Hospital actor, Antonio Sabato Jr.; Back to the Future actress, Lea Thompson; YouTube personality, Betheny Mota; Tommy Chong (from Cheech and Chong); wrestler, Randy Couture; and actor, Tavis Smiley.

After the official announcement of the celebrity cast list, many of the newcomers finally were able to post their reactions to the good news.

Janel Parrish, who will be partnered with Valentin Chmerkovskiy, happily tweeted to her Pretty Little Liars and Mona Vanderwaal fans "I think this team has a name. Ladies and gents: #teamjanelskiy."

Jonathon Bennett also expressed his excitement about his new role in the show, exciting many followers who remember him as Aaron Samuels from the 2004 cult hit, Mean Girls.

"...And from now on, on Mondays we wear dance shoes," Bennett tweeted, referencing a popular Mean Girls quote.

With fans already creating team names for the celebrity pairings, Season 19 is sure to be a success.

The new season of Dancing with the Stars is set to premiere on ABC at 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 15.
