A Minneapolis police officer was shot early Saturday while responding to a robbery call on the 1100 block of 24th Avenue N in the Jordan neighborhood. After taking the statement of the female caller, the cop was shot.

Although bones have been discovered in Virginia, investigators have not yet determined if they are of the siblings who were 10 and 12 when they were apparently abducted in 1975.
