The Beijing wildlife park where tigers fatally mauled a woman and injured another last month is not responsible for the victim's death, according to an official investigation by Beijing's Yanqing district government.

A tiger was filmed ripping the bumper off a Chinese couple's car in the same Beijing wildlife park that a woman was killed by the big cats weeks earlier.
