Charmayne "Maxee" Maxwell of Brownstone, who died due to a mysterious fall last Friday, may be due to a cause of an unfortunate chain of events for the late singer, NY Daily News reports. During further investigation, no signs of crime occurred in the household, only there was strong evidence that the singer bled to death after suffering a backward fall and gashing her neck with the broken shards of the wine glass she was holding, according to the law enforcement sources via TMZ.

Charmayne Maxwell, member of the 1990s R&B Band Brownstone, died due to massive bleeding from a wound in her neck, which was caused by a mysterious fall in her Los Angeles home last Saturday, according to a family member who confirmed the news, NY Daily News reports.
