Man Wants to Jump Off Building - His Friend Brings Crabs and Wine to Allure Him to Give-Up Suicide Plan

A 30-years-old man stood on a concrete slab outside his second storey apartment window for six hours shouting that he is going to jump from the building. Local policemen come to rescue him, but get refused to comply with them.
