Legendary Puerto Rican fighter Miguel Cotto (39-4, 32 KOs) last fought in June 2014, beating pound-for-pound elite Sergio Martinez of Argentina via referee technical decision to capture the WBC and The Ring Middleweight titles in Madison Square Garden in New York. On Saturday, after a year of rest, Cotto will be back in New York, this time at the Barclays Center, to face former IBF, WBA, and IBO middleweight champion Danny Geale (31-3, 16 KOs) of Australia. Currently, the Australian is ranked no. 4 by The Ring Magazine in the middleweight division.
