The workshop had no sterile facilities and the products were being sold around the country. Authorities fear that the counterfeit products may have even left the country.

Nanchang Public Security Bureau said on Thursday that they have arrested two suspects for allegedly making millions of fake sanitary pads in dirty facilities. The arrest happened following a raid at a local factory.
