'GTA 5': New Mod 'Just Cause 2' Grappling Hook Added

A new mod was recently introduced in Grand Theft Auto 5, called as Just Cause 2. It is a grappling hook to Los Santos which offers a very quick and simple way to cover the downtown skyscrapers and also lets the players to connect the vehicles.
