Philippine Military Chief Seeks Probe of UN Forces Commander in Golan Heights for Being 'Indecisive'

The chief of the Philippines' armed forces is asking the United Nations to investigate the actions and decisions of indian Army General Iqbal Singh Singha, commander U.N. Disengagement ObserverForce (UNDOF) in the Golan Heights, after the latter ordered Filipino peacekeepers to raise the white flag and surrender their firearms to Syrian rebels.
