Comedian Andy Dick Arrested for Snatching Necklace Off Man's Neck

Actor-comedian Andy was arrested on suspicion of stealing a man's $1,000 chain necklace, then riding off on a bicycle with it. He was released on $25,000 bail around 5 a.m. after being arrested Friday night, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
