Russian Separatists Lower Demands In Talk of Forming Peace

Pro-Russian rebels have lowered their demands of full independence, Monday morning. The rebels say that they would respect the Ukraine’s sovereignty under the condition that they allow the self-rule of the ‘rebel faction’. A recent shift in economical circumstances heightens Moscow’s willingness to push towards another attempt at peace.
