Justin Bieber is on the sidelines, literally on the side. He was caught on camera by the TMZ crew as he took his Can-Am Spyder on the roads of Beverly Hills. Traffic jam got a little bit congested so he decided to drive his ride on the sidewalk and he almost hit someone.
