Head Coach and player for the Philippine Basketball Association's (PBA) Kia Sorentos, Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao, has expressed his interest in recruiting National Basketball Association (NBA) veteran Metta World Peace.

Metta World Peace, who will play in China later this year, has again changed his name into something local fans can easily relate. World Peace, formerly known as Ron Artest, wants to be known as "Panda Friend" when he suits up for the Sichuan Blue Whales.
