The Utah Jazz are looking into acquiring Miami Heat veteran point guard Mario Chalmers after losing starter Dante Exum to injury. Exum tore his ACL while playing in an exhibition game for Australia and made the Jazz management and fans to ponder about acquiring another point guard to fortify their roster.

Utah Jazz third-year point guard Trey Burke is preparing to step up with starter Danté Exum probably missing all of next season with a torn ACL. Burke said his mindset is to keep getting better and is not worried about reclaiming his starting point guard role heading into training camp.
