Fake Cab Driver Attempts To Sexually Assault A Mother Of Three In Front Of Her Children

The New York Police Department released an alarming surveillance footage, which shows a man posing as a cab driver and attacking the children of a woman he reportedly attempted to sexually assault inside his vehicle. According to officials, the man is not an actual cab driver and only pretended to be one.
