One May 24 this year, Blizzard released the much-awaited game "Overwatch" for PS4, Xbox One and Windows, and it looks like players of the game will also be getting a treat from the game developer this Halloween.

Allegedly, the Xbox Store posted details on what seems to be an event that will be held on Nov. 1. According to VG24/7, the event would include new content for players of "Overwatch," which will be available at 4PM on said date.

The listing supposedly contained information of new Halloween Loot Boxes which would include four cosmic items with highlight on spray, emote and skin, among others.  Furthermore, the "Overwatch" Halloween Loot boxes could also include credits which players could use to unlock other items that will be featured in the Halloween Terror event, according to sources.

The details posted by the Xbox Store for "Overwatch" is also said to encourage players to do "trick or treating" for 100 new items which will be featured for the game. In exchange for the featured items, players will reportedly get coins in return.

However, a report on IGN states that "Overwatch" fans reacted differently over said Halloween Terror event. While others looked forward to the Halloween treat, which will reportedly run from Nov. 1 until Nov. 11, there are also those who have supposedly expressed skepticism over the reality of the event.

The same report states that the skeptics took the background design of the listing, which featured the character Sombra, as a clue. Rumor has it that the character will be featured as the next lead of "Overwatch."

Furthermore, Blizzard previously announced that it will be revealing the character as part of the "Overwatch" ARG.
