It was October 2015 when 2K Games made the "WWE 2k16" available for fans. Now, recent reports are pointing to a possibility that the sequel, "WWE 2K17," will also be released on the same month this year.

A report said that the release dates of the previous installments were either on October or November, which is why they have predicted that "WWE 2K17" will finally be in the market on either of the said months, 2K17 News reported.

Attack of the Fanboy even claimed that 2K Games has already confirmed the release date "WWE 2K17," which is said to set on October this year. The basis of it was the financial report of the video company, which revealed that the anticipated sequel is on the road for an October release.

It is said that although 2K Games put TBA under the platform category of "WWE 2K17," it is still expected that the game would be available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

Meanwhile, rumors are leading to details that the next installment is going to have an addition in terms of the game's roster. It is said that some rising young stars will be included in "WWE 2K17." The names that are surfacing are the members of the Four Horsemen, namely Sasha Banks, Charlotte, Bayley and Becky Lynch. It is said that WWE 2K supporters were not happy of the video company's move in not including the Four Horsemen in 2015's installment.

On the other hand, reports have been very loud that the development of "WWE 2K17" will involve the participation of the fans. It was just a week ago when the video game company released an announcement on its official forum page, 2K Forums, that it would gladly use the ideas of the fans in order to improve the game further.

The gaming company added that fans can get their ideas uploaded, while some of the fans would just discuss on various ideas on whether the concepts would need to be refined.

2K has yet to officially confirm all the rumors surrounding "WWE 2K17."
