Ubisoft recently released the second major update for "The Division" dubbed "Conflict." Some claim that the update has brought in more bugs that eventually ruined the game's mechanics.

Among the major complaints from gamers is that High Value Target missions are not being unlocked despite fulfilling all the necessary requirements. Moreover, some gamers are also reporting that the Clear Sky incursion has the tendency to reset on its own. The most worrisome of all is the bugs is one that makes some user characters go missing. This bug was supposedly addressed in the game's last update and was originally blamed on a server malfunction.

Recently, "The Division" introduced a new currency called Intel. The new feature included in the "Conflict" update called High Value Targets relies heavily on Intel. However, when players try to turn in their Intel points, High Value Targets missions just refuse to unlock.

In some cases, gamers have reported that High Value Targets do unlock, only to find out that some bosses fail to materialize, leaving players with nothing to loot. Some gamers claim that the only solution to remedy this bug is to play the mission over and over for several times until it properly loads, according to Polygon.

Another frustrating bug discovered in the new update involves the Clear Sky raid. Many gamers reported that when they try to start the Clear Sky mission, the raid simply resets itself endlessly. Some gamers have said that they are being teleported back to the start of the mission, and others claim that they are taken back to the nearest safe house.

According to VG24/7, Ubisoft is already in the process of fixing the missing character bug. However, it is still unknown how soon the company will deal with the underlying bugs which are causing a significant portion of its user base serious inconvenience.
