Alcatel OneTouch Xess 17-Inch All-in-One PC Will run on Phoenix OS

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Alcatel has announced that its latest device called the OneTouch Xess will run on Phoenix OS. The modified Android OS will allow users to take advantage of Google's OS with the functionality of a desktop.
