Ed Sheeran is being dragged to court for allegedly stealing the musical composition of his hit song, Photograph. The British singer/songwriter is being sued for copyright infringement by songwriters Martin Harrington and Thomas Leonard.

December is fast approaching and some stars are already busy designing their holiday cards, to mention, Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi. Last year the couple used the “Bound 2” music video by Kanye West as inspiration for their holiday card that showed the scene where a naked Kim Kardashian was sitting in front of her beau as they ride a motorcycle but with Portia and Hellen’s head photoshopped on Kim & Kanyes’ bodies and the card read “Bound for Christmas”.
