Justin Bieber just got back in his Beverly Hills home and he hosted a homecoming party that was not well-taken by his neighbors. The young singer had police pounding on his door that night for his all-nighter party was too loud and was a disturbance to many.

Justin Bieber has taken his situation to his Twitter account as he noted on Wednesday night that he busted his ear drum from cliff diving and that the doctor said the injury might cause him a surgery. He was apparently at the hospital when he tweeted about the accident.
