Bieber Busts Eardrum from Cliff Diving, Might Need Surgery

Justin Bieber has taken his situation to his Twitter account as he noted on Wednesday night that he busted his ear drum from cliff diving and that the doctor said the injury might cause him a surgery. He was apparently at the hospital when he tweeted about the accident.
