The Motorola flagship has officially been announced but there are still several other smartphones to be released before 2014 ends.

The 2014 Nexus is still unannounced and rumors are all unofficial. At this point, customers shouldn't decide on the Moto X because of the rumored 5.9-inch display of the Nexus 6 or Nexus X.

Rumors could change and turn out to be wrong before Google finally releases the device to the public.

A shipping document in India and an AnTuTu leak both showed the Nexus 6 sporting the newest Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor.

It's believed to be a 64-bit processor that works well with the newest Android 5.0 L OS, which is also expected to be the first 64-bit enabled Android software.

The AnTuTu leak showed the Nexus 6 having 3 GB of RAM but there is also speculation  it could be 4 GB.

The device may need that extra RAM if Google really wants this device to be the best handset on the market.

An AnTuTu benchmarking also showed the Nexus 6 or Nexus X will feature a 5.2-inch display on a QHD resolution. The device was also listed with a 1440 x 2560 resolution screen at 565 ppi. Previous reports suggested the Nexus 6 will have the largest screen.

According to AnTuTu, Nexus 6 will have a 13 MP camera on its rear and a 2.1 MP front camera.

These are standard cameras that will allow Google to lower the price of the handset. The Nexus line isn't  famous for its cameras but the 13 MP shooter should be enough.

Partnered with its Snapdragon 805 core, Nexus 6 should be able to record videos in 4K.
