The U.S. Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau approved on Tuesday Palcohol or powdered alcohol. The product, invented by Mark Phillips, is expected to be a game changer in the industry because it makes bringing of heavy bottles of alcoholic beverages unnecessary.
